DELIVERY PERIOD

If the item ordered is in stock, delivery normally takes place within 2-3 working days.

We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the rest of the world.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery of goods from HD Shisha is considered complete when the customer has received the item. All orders are sent with GLS unless otherwise separately agreed between the buyer and HD Shisha. Shipping is charged according to weight and size.

Shipping prices in Denmark start from 49.99 DKK

All orders are sent as parcels that include insurance and Track & Trace.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on HD Shisha's Online Store are in DKK, incl. 25% VAT. All payments on the website are made electronically and in DKK. HD Shisha reserves the right regarding price changes, typing errors, technical errors and sold-out items. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there should be an error in the price of the item.

We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.

When you pay with your credit card, we do not withdraw the money from your account until we have dispatched your goods. The transaction is processed via PBS/Nets/Teller, and your information is encrypted with SSL encryption that meets all the security requirements set by PBS/Nets/Teller.

When you pay via bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme.
