Personal data

Personal data are all kinds of information that to some extent can be linked to you. When you use our website, we collect and process such information. This occurs f.eks. when you access content, sign up for the newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, make purchases via the website or otherwise use the website's services.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (m.a.o. your interests). To the extent you give explicit consent and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or when making a purchase.

The information is stored for the period allowed under the law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to state a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or coming to the attention of unauthorized persons, being misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user, show you the advertisements that are most likely relevant to you, record your purchases and payments, be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as f.eks. sending a newsletter, and to optimize our services and content.

What information is collected

Website: Our hosting company, Speedio, is the data processor.

Contact form: Used to contact us via our website.

Purchases on the webshop: First name, last name, address, phone number, email, country. We would like to point out that we are the data controller.

We note that you alone are responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided and entered about you is complete and accurate.

Payment information: Credit card details are encrypted and cannot be read by anyone, neither us nor any third party.

Payment is made via Quickpay, where the following are provided: Card number, Expiry date, CVV/CVD – We would like to point out that Quickpay is the data processor (payment gateway).

What we use your information for

Any information that we collect from you may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

to tailor your experience on the site
to improve our website
to process complaints
to send ordered products to you
to be able to respond to your inquiries
to identify you as a contracting party
to enable a possible secure login for you

We may also release your information when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our website policies or protect our or others' rights, property or safety. Furthermore, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Our subcontractors and trusted third parties include bl.a.:

Our hosting company, which operates our domain and web hosting, and ensures that our webshop can function through an internet connection. Our hosting company is: Speedio. There is a data processing agreement with the company.
Our CRM/ERP system, which we bl.a. use for order processing, sales, purchasing, inventory management m.m.
Our accounting/financial system, which we use to record transactions, store invoices and maintain accounting records.

Data storage

No stored data is transferred, copied and/or restored outside the EU. All data processing takes place within the EU.

All data is stored in databases and files hosted in a data center in Denmark. Automatic backups of data are performed daily for security reasons.

A copy of the customer information is also stored in our accounting system, hosted in a data center.

Request to modify, restrict or delete personal data

You can at any time request to have personal data relating to you corrected, deleted or accessed; this will be carried out without undue delay.
